Blade Golf makes golf clubs like no other manufacturer. We start with components with some of the tightest tolerances in the industry. That however, is just the beginning.

One Set At A Time

All Blade clubs are built one set at a time to individual specifications. We do not assemble pre-finished components to build a set of clubs. To ensure consistent balance points and weight tolerances, we build one entire set at a time rather than making batches of individual irons. At Blade Golf, we:

- cut the shafts first
- put on the raw forged clubhead

- we grind and polish each head to exact weight



This extraordinary attention to detail insures that your set will have consistent balance points, swingweights and feel throughout the entire set.

We perform the lie/loft adjustments before the clubheads are chromed to eliminate chrome scarring and to minimize head movement that can result when clubs are moved after the chroming process. We do not make weight adjustments that you may find in other clubs such as adding lead or counter balancing. At Blade Golf we take no shortcuts.

The Copper Cushion

During the finishing process we add an layer of soft copper underneath the chrome to promote the ultimate feel that until now, only the top pros were able to enjoy. After your set is assembled, our team then brings out the gauges again to double check that each club in the set meets your requested loft, lie, and swingweight measurements. When we finish building your set, you will own not only the best feeling golf clubs made, but arguably the best looking club in all of golf.
